There is a strong feeling of optimism however you should make sure that it is real and not just hot air. If you are dealing with any contract or agreements that require commitment and signature then you should make sure that what you are taking on is what you expect. The opportunity to make progress is here and you can break down the barriers that you feel are restricting you without having to destroy everything.
